HOW TO CHECK

To check your admission status and download your admission letter for the 2023 academic year, follow these simple steps on UCC Admission List 2023-2024:

1. Visit the UCC Admission Status Checker Portal:

Open your web browser and go to the official UCC Admission Status Checker Portal using this link: https://admissionlist.ucc.edu.gh

2. Enter Your Details:

On the portal, you will find fields to enter your surname, lastname, and the program of study you applied for.
Double-check the information to ensure accuracy.

3. Click on the Search Button:

After entering your details, click on the search button. This action will initiate the search for your admission status.

4. View Your Admission Status:

If you have been offered admission by the University of Cape Coast, your details will be loaded and displayed on the page.

5. Print Your Admission Letter:

On the admission status page, look for the “Print Letter” button.
Click on this button to proceed.

6. Enter Your Application Reference Number:

You will be prompted to enter your application reference number. Please note that this number can be found on the voucher you used for your application.
Enter the application reference number accurately.

7. Download and Print Your Admission Letter:

After entering your application reference number, proceed to download and print out your admission letter.
Keep this letter safe, as it contains important information regarding your admission, including registration details and other relevant instructions.

You can search using first name only, surname only, program only, OR a combination of any of them
You will need your applicant reference number in order to print your letter.
If you applied as a mature student, please use your index number given during the entrance examination and check UCC Admission List 2023-2024.
